Problem before solution
More advertising, more hiring, discounts, or a new product may be valid solutions—but only after the real problem is understood.Find the problem first, then design the solution.

Many growth problems are not solved by more advertising, more salespeople, or building another product. Sometimes the real constraint sits elsewhere in the business system.
I see growth as the outcome of alignment across market, product, marketing, sales, customer, organization and business economics. Before choosing a solution, the right problem has to be found.
How I Think
Five principles that shape how I diagnose growth problems, make decisions, and move from evidence to execution.
More advertising, more hiring, discounts, or a new product may be valid solutions—but only after the real problem is understood.Find the problem first, then design the solution.
Perfect information is rarely required to move, but we must know what is known, what is still a hypothesis, and what needs to be tested.Neither blind action nor endless analysis.
What customers say matters. What they choose, buy, use, repurchase, and continue using is usually stronger evidence of real market demand.Customer statements are data; customer behavior is stronger evidence.
Revenue growth alone is not success. CAC, margin, cash, resource consumption, and retention are part of the definition of healthy growth. It is not only how much we grow, but how we grow.
Market, product, marketing, sales, customer experience, economics, and organization do not operate independently. Weakness in one can change the result of the whole system. When growth stalls, I look for the bottleneck—not the person to blame.
